Hey everyone! With our business model and giving 10% of profits to mental health causes, refunds can be challenging. However, we appreciate you all and want to make sure we are taking care of you to the best of our ability. We hope you love the products and mission behind our apparel, yet we also understand sometimes there is a need for an exchange or return. 

Return Policy 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the item(s) back.

Eligibility 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (yes, of course you can try it on haha), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items
We do not except returns or exchanges for sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.

Returns/Refunds
If your item is eligible for a refund, please email  inspireonelife988@gmail.com with the subject line RETURN and we will send further instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds are only for the product purchased and do not include the original shipping cost. 
  • For example: if you purchase a $30 t-shirt and paid $5 for shipping, only the $30 will be refunded back to the original payment you used. 
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at inspireonelife988@gmail.com.  

Exchanges
If your item is eligible for an exchange, please email inspireonelife988@gmail.com with the subject line EXCHANGE and we will send further instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and we will cover shipping costs for the item to get sent back out.
  • Once we have received and inspected your item, we will ship out the new item to you. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the new order to be processed and shipped once we have received your item(s).
