Justin Zimmerman, at the age of 22 years old, died by suicide. Almost 10 years later his death is just a statistic, but he was so much more than that. He was a son, a brother, a friend, a leader, an athlete, and much more. He was no different than you or me. He was just someone who lost hope in himself and hope in the world. The idea for Inspire One Life started a few years after his death when I finally came to the realization that I couldn’t change the fact that I lost my older brother, but I could change how I continued to move forward. I could share my story... His Story, knowing that it wouldn’t change anything for him, but it could change everything for someone else.
