What should I do if my package was lost?

Please contact USPS and file a USPS lost claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

Contact inspireonelife988@gmail.com with your order number and USPS Case Code & reason so we can assist you further. Inspire One Life is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package. 

 

What happens if my address is entered incorrectly at the time of shipping? 

If your shipping address is incorrect and you need to make a change to it, please email inspireonelife988@gmail.com right away and we will do our best to help you; If the processing of the order has already started and your shipping label has been created, your shipping address may not be able to be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
